5 years of industry experience and a lifetime of study, I have a lot to offer as an animator.
Working at a major video game company my responsibilities have included directing and participating in mocap shoots (optical and moven suit) creating in-game cinematics, and developing/creating characters. I assigned myself tasks and time estimates for the development of character animation sets, handled outsourced assets, and oversaw animation systems. I work closely with all members of my team, from the art director to the janitor, on ideas and problem solving animation issues in the game. I have shipped 3 AAA action titles and 2 DLC packages.
I graduated from the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art with a focus on traditional 2D animation, as well as storyboards, character design, and sequential storytelling. To ensure that my work maintained a high level of quality, and to study more about animated film, I have continued my education since graduation. I have taken part in classes from Animation Mentor and iAnimate. Through both programs, animators from Dreamworks and Pixar instructed me. These programs have helped me further hone my skills and become a stronger artist.
