NATURE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB:-
o Responsible to create presentation drawings.
o Preparation of general arrangement plan & co-ordinates layout.
o Preparation of architectural working drawings & approval drawings.
o Preparation of structural design drawings, Precast Drawings, shop drawings & approval drawings.
o Preparation of Building Services drawings.
o Coordinating with site people for getting a clear idea about the drawings if need clarifications.
o Maintaining all the records as per the ISO regulations.
o Prepare submission to the authority , co ordination of drawings & preparation of as built drawings
o Have to discuss with the officials inside the company, suppliers and deal with the client officials for details.
o Preparation of bar bending schedule.
