RELEVANT EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

TCTV Intern: Animation Instructor, TCTV, Thurston County, WA, March 2011 – Sept. 2011

I planned, organized, and taught over 80 animation students associated with the Thurston County Boys and Girls Club.
Each class had up to twenty students per session and focused on teaching basic animation concepts, how to use iStopmotion, and teamwork.
I then developed an easy to use DVD menu and added edited music, credits, and titles to the students’ animations by using Final Cut Pro and Garage Band.
Once completed I personally redistributed all the completed DVDs back to the participating Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs.

Information Desk Assistant, The Evergreen State College, Olympia, WA, January 2011 to Current

I assist all students and visitors with their questions on local campus activities and facilities while providing friendly and upbeat customer service.
I relay concerns, ideas for improvement, and update the head of the Information Desk, Courtney Bailey, about when supplies were low.
I help organize fliers for student organizations and current activities and keep updated information about the times and locations of group meetings and activities.
I also constantly maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
