A very skilled and versatile chartered landscape architect and urban designer with more than 30 years experience. He combines design flair and imagination to produce creative solutions, based on a sound practical knowledge of construction, site implementation and contract administration. He has a high level of graphic skills, both hand sketching, water colours and with a range of computer programmes, such as Photoshop, Indesign, 3d viz , Sketch -up. He uses CAD for both design and as an information system.
He has an excellent knowledge of landscape architecture and urban design in arid climates and has worked in several ME countries and lived in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain. He has also worked in Hong Kong and Brunei.
He has managed design teams in both the UK and overseas and run landscape offices, being responsible for gaining work, recruiting & managing staff, as well as completing projects on time and to tight budgets. He is also able to gain the confidence of clients, from many different backgrounds and cultures. His languages include Spanish, some French and some Arabic.

Masterplan for a large private estate, followed by detailed design.

Landscape concept plan for the external areas of Bahrains proposed King Hamed Grand Mosque.
o Jeddah North Corniche
Major project to revitalize the Red Sea Corniche, for a length of 12 kilometers.
o Diyaar Al Muharraq Landscape Strategy
Landscape Strategy for a 6km2 reclamation project located off the North coast of Bahrain.

o Greenwich Reach site Galliard Homes
Landscape design to detailed planning stage for a 3.2 Ha development site adjacent to the River Thames and Deptford Creek in Greenwich. The design involved the detailed design of new riverside habitats.
o Belle Vue Park, Newport, South Wales
Restoration of famous park created by Thomas Mawson. Funded by HLF. Included restoration of a cascade, Band stand , terrace gardens. Development work includes a play area and a tennis court /MUGA . Total value of the project £1.1 million.
o Pymmes Park, Enfield
HLF funded upgrading of an old park. Including restoration of a 18th Century Walled Garden and creation of a performance space for outdoor theatre and events. Total value of project £1.6 million
o Waterlow Park, Highgate
HLF funded upgrading of an old park. Restoration included restoration of listed 17th century walls terraced gardens and the creation of a wildlife pond. Total value of project £1.3million
o Eastrop Plaza, Eastrop Park Link, Basingstoke
The scheme is a ‘gateway’ open space to the Festival Place commercial development. The works include an elaborate oval granite water feature cascade, dry plaza fountains, lighting, bespoke furniture, and artwork.
o River Roding Quayside Infrastructure Development Study
London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. This landscape and urban design study developed a series of design briefs and detail design to coordinate the development of the riparian frontage in a regenerating area of East London.
o Battery Wharf
Furlong Homes This landscape and urban design study for a new residential development next to Barking Creek included the development of public open spaces and riverside walkways and landscape areas within the development.
o Letchworth Garden City redevelopment proposals
Urban design study of the first Garden City to examine development opportunities within the town centre and also to propose environmental upgrading for various parts.
o Oxford Flood Risk Management Strategy
Landscape study on the flood prevention options for the western corridor (River Thames) of Oxford. The project includes an extensive landscape appraisal of a highly valued and historic landscape.
o Mast Quay
Landscape Design for a development , in two phases adjacent to the River Thames
