• Customized View Pay Stub/check page by adding a additional secondary page to print the current pay stub in a PDF format. This is achieved by use of ISCRIPT people code. This customization is done to reduce printing and mailing costs.
• Implemented 401 K plans for new hires. This includes modifying people code change the options and also run an update SQR program along with delivered Cobol program.
2. Production Support
• Position Data Leveling: T. Rowe uses Position management process, wrote Application Engine program to insert new effective date with new 2005 bonus information.
• Variable Compensation: Application engine program is used to inserted with new 2005 information.
• Parking Program: Associates working in the Baltimore area are paid traveling expenses. SQR is program is written is calculate the different parking the associates are using and inserted a new row in the Pay Additional table. This process is scheduled to run as part of the Regular payroll process. Application engine program is written to insert a new record into Additional Pay Data table to pay the vice presidents of the company. Also turns of certain Parking programs (General deductions).
• Bonus Code Project: Changed the bonus code from Position data record to Jobcode table and customized all the objects that are affected including Peoplecode, SQR including reports and processes
• Day to day PeopleSoft production support during Payroll week by writing quires either by query tool or SQL. Perform Data refresh steps.
• Created 2 additional PeopleSoft instances (Test and training)
