*Wrote and designed engaging and innovative training solutions for adult learners at Fortune 500 companies using solid instructional design, game theory, and scenario-based learning theories. Developed holistic training that used video, Flash animations and activities, and HTML, as well as traditional instructor-led training. Created complex, multi-branching conversational simulations for customer service and human resource training. Managed the development process including researching and outlining content, storyboarding, alpha and beta testing (focus groups), and implementation.
