Developed overall business strategies, as well as sales and marketing strategies.
Raised over $7 Million from early-stage angel investors to complete development of Cennoid’s flagship product, “FXP Compression & Encryption” – a software only solution that more than doubled the speed of all communications while providing unbreakable security through a revolutionary non-mathematical process; still unbroken by NSA.
Made personal introductions and presentations to President George W. Bush, Gov. Tom Ridge, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Steve Jobs of Apple Computer.

Worldwide responsibility for management of JSI International with offices in New York, Philadelphia and Tokyo. JSI's mission was to help companies succeed internationally. In this quest, JSI represented high-technology companies in getting their products sold into the reseller distribution channels of the Pacific-Rim.
Grew Gartner Group business in Japan from $0 to over $1.5 million in 18 months; then launched similar sales effort in China.
Negotiated a joint venture in Beijing, netting JSI 50% ownership of a Chinese company with an active database of over 1.3 million Chinese companies and government agencies.
IDR UNICOM, INC. – Plymouth Meeting, PA
1990 – 1994: Founder, President & CEO
Founded of IDR UniCom, Inc., a telecommunications software development and manufacturing company. Responsible for creating and developing "Fax/Modem Software". Also responsible for creating the world's first "Fax Server".
Closed a $9.0 million order with Quotron Systems, which unfortunately was shut down by CitiCorp two weeks prior to shipment.
In the final analysis, even though IDR UniCom was two years ahead of its competition, and even though our products created a multi-billion-dollar market enjoyed by companies such as: Intel, US Robotics and 3Com, IDR UniCom did not have the financial staying power that was necessary to profit from its efforts.
Successfully managed teams of software engineers to produce commercially viable software from concept to shrink-wrap.
Responsibilities included: sales, marketing, reseller negotiations, product development, business strategies, public relations and shareholder communications.

Successfully founded, financed and managed first company at the age of 27.
Responsible for the very essence of what had become one of the best new launches in the world of store-and-forward data communications. Nine years later, successfully negotiated the sale of IDR to TCI in Los Angeles.
During its tenure IDR switched and delivered TELEX, TWX, FAX, and DDD messages, as well as provided temporary communications professionals to some of the nation’s largest corporate and financial institutions.
ITT WORLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. – Blue Bell, PA

Sold to major accounts in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Miami and New York.
Became ITT’s expert in integrated communication systems, as well as designing banking networks; taught ITT’s National Sales Force at the age of 24.
Major accounts included: Westinghouse, Mellon Bank, Merck, Air Products & Chemicals, Rohm & Haas, ICI, Hercules, E.I. DuPont, SmithKline, McNeil Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson and Ortho Pharmaceutical.
Managed ITT’s largest global account, Westinghouse.
