A bit about me - British born artist and freelance illustrator. I emigrated to Vancouver BC in 1991.
I joined International Rocketship Limited in 1992, as a production artist on Gary Larson's Tales From the Far Side.
In 1994 I moved to a.k.a. Cartoons as a storyboard artist on The Brothers Grunt before settling into the production department as 'the inker' and production supervisor. I inked a variety of commercial spots including Converse commercials featuring Lupo The Butcher and Too Much Coffee Man. In 1997 the a.k.a production department was replaced by a computer.
I continued to work as a freelance animation storyboard artist from 1994 - 1999 on a variety of shows including - Arthur, Paddington Bear (Cinar Animation), The Mask (Studio B), Bad Dog, Mega Babies (Animation Cine-Group).
Returned to a.k.a. Cartoons in 1998 - 2004 to work on Ed, Edd n Eddy as style guide inker.
2002 - 2007 inked Ed, Edd n Eddy for DC Comics - Cartoon Cartoons
2008 branched out into the world of freelance illustration providing 12 full page cartoons for Introduction to Evolutionary Anthropology by DR Shawn Lehman (Pearsons Education Publishing).
Then in late 2009 I got my job of all jobs, providing illustrations for the first season of Brent Butt's new CTV show Hiccups (A children's book writer with anger issues takes on a life coach) each episode ended with a series of illustrations depicting the message of the show. Followed by a second season in 2010. Along with the illustrations I also worked on the props featuring the Grumplaoo Gang
I continue to provide illustrations and cartoons for a variety projects.
