• 5 years of Industry Experience as QA Tester working on a variety of changing environments. Good at Business Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Estimation and Planning, Client/Business Interaction and Issue Resolution
• Experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience in eCommerce Domain as Test Engineer and Business Analyst
• Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Knowledge in Requirement Traceability Matrix
• Knowledg on Automation Tool QTP.
• Experience in Content Management Tools like Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verifying performance, reliability and fault tolerance issues.
• Familiar with testing tools to design and develop the test plans and test scripts
• Modeling the system using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and State Diagrams
• Expertise in high volume of Retail Systems with Knowledge on POS (Point of Sale), Merchandising, Inventory Management, Order Management Experience in Test Management Tools like HP Quality Center, Test Director
• Experience in interfacing with stakeholders and senior management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
