Before college i lived in Brazil worked as a translator for an oil company ( english, Portuguese). This job required interpersonal skills, flexibility and a lot of hard work. Studied classical oil painting for one year at Belas Artes in Lima Peru. I then returned to Canada and enrolled in the Traditional animation program and completed the three year course. Directly after school i started working at mercury filmworks as a layout artist for a disney tv series.

Working from storyboards layout scenes. The process requires, thorough understanding of what is happening in the story ( following storyboard), where the characters are in the scene, size relationship, maintaining style of show and seperation of bg for Z-depth.
