Coordinates and schedule VTC calls requirements, conference room requests, and AV support for 35 conference room / VTC Suites.
Act on verbal and written VTC and AV requests
Resolve VTC connectivity issues and conflicts
Determine and ensure availability of outlying VTC sites for participation
Prepare and oversee room requirements; operate remotely from the AV Control Center, using high-tech video-teleconferencing equipment
