Manage and run office including: answering phones, taking orders, shipping, taking payments, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, typing, filing, etc.
I have used QuickBooks, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Spreadsheet. I have also used Photoshop and GIMP.
I have interviewed, hired, and trained employees.
Production June 2007 to Oct. 2007
Trained on 3 different lines. Coiled hose into specific sizes and shapes. Placed the coordinating ends on the end of each hose. I was trained in 2 of the special areas of hosing (only 3 people including myself were trained here), this including testing the hoses. I was a trained and became the back-up for the labeler and the supplies filler.
Shift Leader June 2006 to May 2007
Run shift, Supervise around 6 or less employees per shift. Create deposits each shift. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork. Help customers in various positions including, order taking, food preparation, monetary exchange, and customer service.
