I have a MSEE/BSEE, was the Safety Program Manager for ten years, and have over thirty years program/project management experience in Navy, Joint service and DOD programs. I prepared all monthly status reports and provided periodic briefings to corporate management and the customers on the status of ongoing projects and plans for future projects and conducted site surveys as part of the electrical safety and fall abatement teams.

Developed and revised US Air Force JTIDS multi-level specifications to conform to Navy specific formats. Initiated and supervised implementation of JTIDS Class 2 shipboard terminal mechanical and electrical modifications which resulted in a 50% reduction in installed footprint and weight and an estimated 10% reduction in life cycle costs. Project Officer for development of Enhanced JTIDS System Exerciser. Managed development of scenario generation and control programs while ensuring interoperability and compatibility with Link-16, Link-11, Link-4, IJMS and X.24 data formats; integration of JTIDS Class 2 terminal with NDI/COTS hardware and software; development of a self-contained mobile shelter; and subsequent installation and integration of JTIDS hardware. As a result of his hands-on management, program overcame a 6- month schedule slip and delivered as originally planned.
