? To count the cash register, both at the start and end of the work shift. To cash up at the end of the day and fill up the selling report.
? Smile and be polite while serving customers, even if they are irate.
? Make sure customers are satisfied and found the product they were looking for.
? Count money and lotteries and make sure they are balanced.
? Be able to run the customer’s service, answer the phone correctly, refund goods and bottles, sell lotteries.
? Clean work area when needed and at the end of each day.

? Keep the house clean by participating in the chores’ schedule every day.
? Learn to live in a group with people who have different visions and experiences of life.
? Support teamwork by planning and cooking meals, do the grocery and clean up the house with another group participant, for a whole week.
? Be part of mandatory committees of the program, and organize activities that reach the objectives.

? To manage the summer daycare service and the inventory.
? Keep the room and the outside area clean.
? To make sure kids always have adult supervision during a special activity.
? Make them understand what we want from them and what they can get from us animators.
? To become their friend while still maintaining authority upon them.
? To provide the physical and psychological needs of the children.
? To organize interesting and motivating activities.
? Always be prepared for an emergency.
2003-2005 LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE
? Be in charge of different assigned sports every semester.
? Find original ways to encourage people to practice this sport.
? Be up to date with matches’ results and stats (if there are any).
? Evaluate which sport will interest people and what will not.
? Always work with both of the other Leaders and the team captains.
