Draft customer designs into etchings to be chemically cut from sheet metal. The artwork that the customer provides is turned into a transparent tooling sheet which is then transferred to a plastic sheet that has been bonded to the sheet metal. The bonded sheet is then developed like a photographic film; the clear areas are the places where the chemical etching will react. Top and bottom of the sheet can be done together. Some parts are shields, boxes, frames, nameplates, washers, metal filters, bars and strips made of copper, steel, aluminum and titanium.
