I am a management consultant and have appreciable experiience in consulting for private and public organisations. My forte is in human capacity building. I derive immense joy from assisting individuals, corporations and govenments to actualize their potential.
I earned the degrees of B.S(Hons), MBA and Ph.D from three universities; University of Nigeria, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of Southern California (USC) respectively. Under the auspices of the World Bank, I went through an intensive internship program with P-E Consulting Group, England, U.K . The program emphasis was on Organizations and Management Systems,Marketing and Financial Engineering Strategies for Reconstruction.
Over the years, I have developed a capacity for quantitative approach to problem resolution. With a strong grounding in theoretical constructs and quantitative analysis I could handle effectively some knotty challenges in the fields of corporate and public administration. An experience gathered in working for well-managed organizations like Mobil Oil, American Construction Equipment Inc. and as a Commissioner for Finance and Economic Planning for a State Government, I developed an eclectic systems approach to problem solving. My doctoral dissertation is on Optimization of Public Financial Intermediation for Program Effectiveness.
As a team player with appreciable international exposure, my world view is rooted in the belief that cooperation generates substantial synergy. I work deligently by the rules to attain set objectives within specified deadlines.
