I am a Computer Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), ITIL Service Management Foundations certification (2005), ITIL Practitioner certification - Service Level Management (2007), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (2001-2014). Over the past 25 years, I have provided Information Technology services to public sector (Government and Telecommunication and Petroleum companies). My experience is well rounded and highly comprehensive, I have worked in positions that demanded advanced project management and business/system analysis skills, leadership, hands-on management, strong teamwork skills and critical thinking skills. We were constantly required to find creative and optimal solutions in a fast paced and evolving environment.
In addition to my technical aptitude and proficiency, I have enhanced interpersonal, communication in both English and Spanish language; and problem management skills.
