I assist in the business management of diverse community businesses, involved in the production of feng shui objects of beauty, jewellery and meditation aids; body creams and beauty treatments, bottled water; organic clothing and alternative treatments. In total, a turnover of approximately $1m a year.

Stonedale Property Management Limited
Stonedale is a property management company specialising in the management of residential blocks of flats in the London area. As Property Director, I had the specific role of managing and increasing the business. At my appointment in the beginning of 2002, the number of flats under management was approximately 500. At October 2006 the company had instructions in respect of over 2,200 units, with an annual fee income of £500,000.
My responsibilities included direct property management as well as the executive directorship of the company.
In October 2006, the company was sold to County Estate Management, a London-based company that wanted to add a flagship name to their management portfolio. I led and facilitated the move of the Stonedale business and staff to the CEM offices in London W1. I continued to lead and build the Stonedale team within the CEM portfolio and the number of units under Stonedale’s management increased to approximately 3,250, representing an annual turnover of approximately £800,000 This expansion was accompanied by an increase in establishment to 14 members of staff.
1985-1996 and February 1999 -December 2001
Morayford Limited is the holding company for a property development and investment group with holdings (as at 2001) valued at approximately £8 million.
I was involved at every level of the management and administration of the company’s affairs, answering directly to the chairman. My achievements include the following:-
Feasibility studies; planning; acquisition negotiations; marketing and sales; preparing specifications of works; supervising building works.
Controlling the management of the group’s residential portfolio, which included the management of the group’s 200 long lease flats (strata title).

A sound knowledge of property management, based on experience with employers including The Freshwater Group and Keith Cardale Groves (as it was then) culminating in setting up my own management department, on a partnership basis, within an existing agency in Chelsea.
