Administrative Support…Executive Director: Supervise a team of 7 to 10 employees. Manage daily affaires, maintain financial budget and write proposals. Establish community network and organize fundraising activities, events, meetings and annual assemblies.

Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator: Answer phone calls and transfer to the right person, greet clients, in charge of incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence. In charge of producing monthly newsletter. Organize annual and board of directors meetings. In charge of deposits representing large sum of money. Perform bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in the organization of Annual Auction Dinners. Coordinate the delivery of a Youth Services Canada Project and deliver workshops on life skills, business communication, resume writing and career exploration.
