overall visual language logo and brand guidelines for collateral, web,

Studio Manager/Design Director for Mercer’s internal design studio managed
by Fuji Xerox.
– Responsibilities, included managing a team of 6 designers, 1 traffic
coordinator and 2 production managers, liaising with internal and external
client base.
– Enhancing studio work flow, systems, creating an internal studio identity,
directing, encouraging, motivating and supporting the design team day
to day.
– Key achievements included, increasing the creative/design revenue by 21%.
Regaining the trust and developing stronger relationships with the client and

62% to 98%).
