I am an animator and designer who has won awards from The Art Institute of Phoenix’s SIGGRAPH club for my work in 2D, 3D, and stop-motion animation.
I have produced and directed 4 short animations and I have been commended for my use of timing in my animations as well as utilizing secondary motion, anticipation and other principles of animation in my work. Also, I am known for creating characters with great appeal and personality. I have worked collaboratively with groups of animators reviewing shots and blocking and planning scenes to successfully finish a project.
While earning my bachelor’s degree in Media Arts & Animation at The Art Institute of Phoenix, I have studied 3D programs like Maya and ZBrush. I have worked greatly on increasing my skills in storytelling through my Apprenticeship with Arizona Artist Dave Lucero who taught me how to plan out a story that speaks to an audience. I furthered these skills at The Art institute of Phoenix and I used them to create my own animated films and also to publish two well-reviewed books.
