Employing core human factors in interaction design, Holly implemented and drove the UI standards for the sophisticated suite of BackOffice products at Microsoft including SQL, SMS, NT, SNA, WBEM and Exchange servers. This work was presented by Bill Gates in 1997 and was show cased on InfoWorld. The unique brand design as embodied in the splash screens won praise on release and set the benchmark that influenced future Windows branding.
