Resume: Ndatenda Mondoh
Ndatenda is experienced and quite knowledgeable about environmental and sustainable development issues. With more than ten years experience, Ndatenda has made her mark in the Safety, Health and Environment field both regionally and globally. She holds a B-Tech degree in Applied Biology and Biochemistry and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Policy and Planning, both from the University of Zimbabwe. She has also received training from some of the most reputable Institutions in Europe and the USA.
She represented the African region on the Intergovernmental Forum on Chemical Safety (IFCS) for more than two years and was a member of the African core-group on the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM. She represented her government in Intergovernmental Negotiation Forums on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) issues for more than five years and facilitated signing and ratification of a number of International Conventions, Treaties and protocols.
Ndatenda has excellent communication skills and is quite good with training. She has presented papers in the sphere of her expertise for more than ten years; nationally (In Zimbabwe), within the SADC region and at global level. She is a good leader as demonstrated by the professional manner she headed, the Hazardous Substances Control Department in the Ministry of Health and country delegations at international conferences and meetings. She produces good quality work in a timely manner and can handle pressure well.
