Public Awareness - formed and led grass root coalition against constitution referendum and conducted an educational campaign on Guam's political status; testified before the U.S. Congress and United Nations on Guam's Self-Determination; created by statute the Bureau of Women's Affairs to help raise women's issues and provide assistance resources; and created by statute the Hawaii and the Philippine Medical Referral Assistance Offices.

Fundraising -(1) raised and secured $108,000 for Academy's 60th Anniversary through creative marketing strategies with major corporate contribution and alumnae network - funding three major events, including the Hall of Fame gala dinner, the Homecoming and the Eucharistic Celebration and donating the remaining proceeds to the Academy's ongoing scholarship program; and (2) increased radio program sponsorship from 1 to 5 sponsors and raised the annual revenue of $3,600 a year to $19,250 in 6 months through creative bundling of sponsorship strategies;
?Trail Blazing - (1) formulated and published the Diamond Jubilee Yearbook - Academy's compendium of graduates from 1959 to 2009 together with the history and other notable developments and activities of the Academy, including a chronological narration of the founding Sisters of Mercy; (2) developed, planned, implemented and managed the first-ever Board-Alumnae Opening Night fundraiser for Academy's Spring Production in 2010 raising the ticket cost from $10 to $25 and now an annual event; (3) developed, planned and implemented in 2010 the first-ever Induction Ceremony of Seniors as Alumnae during the Senior Brunch at Government House.
