My passion is helping others recognize and maximize their potential. In my career, I've had managers and mentors who have given me the opportunity to showcase my talents and add value to my organization. I'd like to share my lessons learned as well as my offer my own perspective on navigating the oft bumpy waters of the workplace.

I have nearly 25 years of business experience, mostly with Fortune 500 Financial Services firms. I have held a variety of positions in Customer Service and Training, and have been a Manager for more than 15 years. I see hundreds of resumes every year and I'm responsible for dozens of hiring decisions.

My approach to leadership is unique. I observe. I consider. I coach. I am not the most important person on a team, I am a member of the team. I tell it like it is. I hate buzz words. I value effort.
On a personal note, I'm a native of Brooklyn, New York, and have lived in Connecticut for the last 20 years. In addition to my work in the corporate world, I'm a Culinary School grad, and was fortunate enough to cook professionally for several years. I have two wonderful sons who inspire and amaze me. I love music, books ( my Kindle), and golf.
