I WANT TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD. Most small and local businesses can't afford the digital marketing expertise they need to succeed in the mobile internet age...think of hiring an attorney: those costs and the results can vary. At the low end, money spent on marketing (a significant percentage of revenue for a small business) may actually LOSE money on the return of investment, maybe disastrously. I think that model, for many reasons is WRONG. I want to work toward and develop something much, much more equitable in terms of the overall "playing field."
