• Managed find the root cause and solved the timesheet issue which impacted 100 blue collar employee (approximately) which caused to the incorrect entitlement and calculation of the shift allowance and overtime payment.
• Act as an advisor on all personnel policies and procedures (not limited to benefits, insurance, and payroll matter) to the employee.
• Drive and supported payroll operations with the service provider by ensuring the accuracy of the payroll reporting and the service delivery is in line with the agreed SLAs.

• Coordinated with Training department regarding RAPID requirement to ensure staff and vendors attended the required training/course.
