• Managed find the root cause and solved the timesheet issue which impacted 100 blue collar employee (approximately) which caused to the incorrect entitlement and calculation of the shift allowance and overtime payment.
• Act as an advisor on all personnel policies and procedures (not limited to benefits, insurance, and payroll matter) to the employee.
• Drive and supported payroll operations with the service provider by ensuring the accuracy of the payroll reporting and the service delivery is in line with the agreed SLAs.
• Dealing with service provider on the new setup/changes in the SAP and to ensure data in the SAP is up to date and accurate and service delivery is in line with the agreed SLAs.

• Managed to provide the administrative support to stake holder since Construction phase until Ready for Start Up (RFSU) phase. The task such as coordinated and monitored engineers and vendors onboard and demobilization; Maintained engineers’ personnel record including the expiry of Employment Pass (EP)/ Professional Visit Pass (PVP) and CIDB green card; and Travel arrangement.
• Solved the engineers’ and vendors’ RAPID card accessibility and entrance issues by developed new filing, monitored and follow up closely with the Security team.
• Coordinated with Training department regarding RAPID requirement to ensure staff and vendors attended the required training/course.
• Succeed registered about 2000 equipment which being used in the project into DOSH-myKKP website.
