• Designed SQL store procedures and SQL jobs for the maintenance data record for over 85,000 memberships all over the world.
• Developed an adaptable .NET web application to sync with the Netforum CRM application for members to be able to register and field offices to be able to print report and perform check their performers.

• Developed an adaptable .NET application for creating Payer Treatment Plans and Concurrent Review Reports, making contracting a third party vendor unnecessary.
• Developed a SQL script and a .NET application using C# that synchronizes with a payer database to eliminate ineligible consumers, thus preventing duplicate billing. This system reduced billing errors by 80% and increased revenue by approximately 65%.
• Created Reports using SSRS enabling management to view profit margins and revenue; monitor consumer population growth and success of its management; and obtain statistical reports to determine the need for acquiring new case managers; and enables case managers to maintain case load and schedule compliance.
