“Prensa Comunitaria”- Hato Rey (2006): Grassroots newspaper planner of audiovisual campaign for The Third Forum of Communities, Enterprises and Government, providing photography and audiovisual technology training to leaders in underprivileged communities in order to fight poverty by increasing literary skills. Established credibility and confidence among the South Central Region of P.R. organizations of Sport’s and Recreation Department’s Communitarian Forum with public meetings amongst government representatives and special interest group leaders by developing a public relations’ strategy that resulted in substantial increase in readership in 2006.

2009- Union Organizer: WAVE Program, Organizer - SEIU (Service Employment International Union): Massachusetts, USA: Local 509 and Massachusetts State Council for worker’s recruitment and empowerment throughout the unionization movement.
2007: 2009- Training and Employment Coordinator - Rural Opportunities, Inc.: Humacao, P.R.: Assisted in establishing the first training and employment center for Central Southern region of Puerto Rico. Responsible for offering training programs to assess training needs through interviews with employers, focus groups and consultation with managers, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats; such as team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures for motivational responses. I referred applicants to vocational counseling and training, literacy instruction, transportation assistance, and child care services while also, providing outreach efforts for increasing participant program enrollment.
2007- Project Manager – Futuroe - Caparra, P.R.: Responsible for the coordination of Web Page Development throughout Internet, in which frequent contact with clients and Web Design artists were made via Internet on a daily basis to encourage product quality and efficient costumer service.
