•Flawlessly coordinated the change to a new global Learning Management System. Acted as project manager, ran reports to find all links to the old system, contacted all content owners to provide them with new verbiage and links, updated the HR intranet links and content, coordinated with the Intranet Team for a smooth transition and redirects and edited numerous news articles and e-mails. On Launch, there were no calls to the help desk making this a complete success.

Increased employee engagement by interviewing senior leaders and employees, and writing articles on personal and professional accomplishments and hobbies. Also wrote and edited photo captions for employee-submitted photographs. Sent all new employees a questionnaire and posted responses to the Intranet. Key success includes:

•Managed the 100 Good Deeds campaign that celebrated BDO’s 100th anniversary by giving back to the communities where BDO is located. Publicized each good deed and provided ideas for additional charity work by interviewing participants and writing a separate article for every deed completed. Also updated the good deed tracker on the home page and a photo montage.
