JOB RESPONSIBILITY IN SKS MICROFINANCE

• Finalizing Accounts of Branches at Regional Office at the Month end and reporting to
Head Office, Hyderabad monthly basis.
• Monthly monitoring of Branches.
• Verifying physical cash and Bank Reconciliation Statement of Branches.
• Verifying vouchers and all accounts related Registers.
• Updating Accounts (TB) in the system that was rectified at Regional Office.
• Checking and rectifying entries in the system during my visit.
• Accounts Training to all Staffs including Branch Manager at frequent interval.
• Preparation of excel Reports such as Salary, Incentive, Outstanding Admin
Expenses, Fixed Assets, Leave encashment Provision and write off, etc. at the month
end and reporting to H.O.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY IN BCIC, CUTTACK, ORISSA

• Recording and closing daily business cases of mutual funds and Insurance with proper Verification and updating the necessaries and delivering to HQ, Mumbai.
• Recording and maintaining books of Accounts.
• Managing funds and Responsible for all Cash and Bank transaction.
• Reconciling the client accounts and reporting to the Management.
• Assisting in finalization of accounts.
• Preparing the cash and bank transaction reconciliation statement.
• Direct reporting to Mumbai Head office (Mumbai) on daily basis.

• Finalizing Accounts of our Client, i.e. Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Preparing reports such as 3 CB and 3 CD.
• Reconciliation Bank Statement.
• Verifying vouchers, documents and all accounts related Registers.
• Updating Accounts of our Client in Tally 9.0 Version.
• Filing TDS, Sales Tax, Income Tax and Excise Duty.
• Reconciling VAT.
