Over 12 years teaching experience of advanced placement courses in engineering, science and math. Additionally, I have 22 years of combined experience in system design, installation, operations, maintenance, rehabilitation, inspection, quality control, and management of engineering in the municipal/civil fields as well as aircraft and aircraft systems engineering. Including experience in construction, inspection, & safety in fields of new construction, rehabilitation programs, & maintenance programs in the pipeline industry, as well as civil engineering projects for airfields, dams, roads, highways, bridges, storm water, water, wastewater and landfills; knowledgeable in performing equipment and process inspections and evaluations to develop comprehensive maintenance plans for new and existing infrastructure systems. Wallace Engineering - 200 East Brady Tulsa OK 74103
I was very instrumental in developing the Civil Engineering Department at Wallace Engineering. I was hired to assist with the expansion of Wallace Engineering into the civil arena. During my tenure at Wallace Engineering the Civil Department became a substantial portion of the company. I worked on the ConocoPhillips Refinery Analysis Project where I inspected the cranes and equipment foundations and some piping and process systems through-out the refinery and then we completed the analysis and rehabilitation design of the infrastructure. Additionally, I maintained my position as lead engineer with the City of Mannford and continued serving as an engineering project manager on their city hall expansion and new fire station and emergency control center.

I worked as a Civil Engineer on many municipal projects such as water works, sanitary and storm sewer, roads, bridges, dams and watersheds. I was heavily involved with the State of Oklahoma Dam Inspection Program and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Bridge Inspection Program. C.H. Guernsey is recognized as a leader in power distribution analysis, design, turn-key operations, inspection and rate management. I was strongly involved in many of the aspects of power distribution particularly as it related to civil works and field inspection. I was in the USAFR during my tenure with C.H. Guernsey therefore; I worked on all the military projects as a staff civil and structural engineer. I serviced the City of Mannford as well as other municipalities with bond related projects. I managed the rehabilitation of the city streets and sanitary sewer collection system and later the new water intake and new water treatment plant projects. I worked on many Camp Gruber projects including new water intake and treatment plant.

USAF – International
During my tenure in the USAF and USAFR I was assigned to a large variety of positions. The most applicable and longest in duration was as a Civil Engineering Officer and Commander. I managed a variety of infrastructure projects as well as maintenance/construction teams. Some notable projects were the changeover of the USAFR facilities at Tinker AFB from a fighter wing to a large body tanker wing and the renovation of Rein Maine AFB, Germany.
Additionally, I served as a facility engineer at TAFB Depot Maintenance (mile long bldg.). I utilized TQM (six sigma and Lean methodology) for the process systems and later became an Air Force Trainer on TQM (Lean Six Sigma) as well as the Covey Franklin System and a Risk Management Officer.
