Work Experience
Senior Human Resource / Administrative Officer
Based on job analysis, I updated all job descriptions and job specifications. After sourcing the best
candidates for all vacancies advertised, I conducted interviews. I also organised and led an induction programme for our new employees.
assessing training needs and writing training proposals, preparing Management and Training Reports,
organising and monitoring training programmes, drafting socio-technical speeches.
Providing current information on employees’ strength for decision-making and measurement of HRM’s contribution to the organization, using PERSOL HR Information System software. I was also responsible for keeping good records of employees’ details.
Translating official documents from French to English or vice versa for our management team. I
offered interpretation services during official meetings between the company's Directors and their French-speaking counterparts.
Upgraded and computerised the recruitment process, allowing the recruitment unit to monitor the
performance of our recruitment strategy and respond in a more efficient manner to recruitment
request from the different departments.
Set up, organised and ran a 30 Day French Tuition Programme designed for COCOBOD Managers and
Directors to enable them to interact and converse with their French speaking counterparts.
Contributed to the implementation and successful use of Persol database Information System. I provided various types of reports to help the management team take accurate decisions.

French Teacher, St Olaves Grammar School
I have track record of successful mixed-ability teaching in St Olaves Grammar school where I ensured all my lesson plans and activities (KS2, KS3 and KS4) take account of high ability, medium ability and low ability group pupils. My excellent IT skills have allowed me to enhance the use of IT tools to increase pupils’ learning.

Career Adviser, Work Directions
I was responsible for helping clients find employment and plan their career path. Assessing candidate’s potentials, skills and interests through one to one interview’s. Maximising candidates’ job search by using newspaper publications, Internet resources and career planning. Providing professional support in writing C.V’s and covering letters.

Market Researcher, Euromoney Institutional Plc.
My role involved contacting potential key decision makers in France and update our database, which will be used by the Sales Executive. I trained and mentored new recruits to our research and list building techniques and monitored their progress.

Bilingual Customer Sales representative, Kensington Specialities / Apl & Direct
My duties involved receiving customer inquiries by telephone and successfully converting these into firm bookings. Handling complaints in line with area guidelines.
