I have been told over the years from people I have a tallent I can make a career out of. Like most artists, I can always pick my work apart. But almost everyone who sees a drawing I have done is impressed and then asks "why aren't you doing this for money?" I have designed business logos for a half dozen companies, painted lettering on store fronts, and a few public murals. Not really knowing how to make a full time career with my art, I have been a self employed construction worker for the past 18 years. My art is usually more on the cartoon side rather than realistic, but I can sometimes pull off a true to life looking picture.
