As a 30+ year veteran in the accounting industry, I began my company in 2005 and now have 4 part-time employees and 1 full time with various experiences. I was also the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a general contractor that builds high end homes in Sea Island / Saint Simons Island area (homes range from $1M to over $7M per project.) for 10 years.
My full-time employee has many years of collection experience and has worked previously in a collection company as well as with the Equifax company.
I currently work with multiple clients that range from Quickbooks online to Desktop editions. I have the accountant's edition for online to handle multiple transactions. I specialize in two areas: Construction accounting and cleaning up/make ready books for taxes. However, I also do much maintaining of books for various companies from all over the US.
I am detail-oriented, efficient, and organized professional with extensive experience in accounting systems. I possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions. I am highly trustworthy, discreet, ethical and effective at multi-tasking for completion of projects.
I have a dropbox account and google docs for file sharing (whichever is more comfortable to you) and love to use Skype to video chat as this gives more of a personalized service the ability to share screens when discussing financials or tasks.
