Coordinated with the Design Director to create seasonal product cohesive with the Eddie Bauer brand direction and heritage. Managed calendar deadlines and the seasonal tracking charts. Help to established new development processes for the teams to be more efficient and streamline. Designed and oversaw designers/assistant designers' ideas and sketches. Managed design calendar and all tracking documents. Worked with merchandising to establish a brand strategy consistent to what the buyers want. Directed and mentored designers, assistant designers and product developers/coordinators. Oversaw all design development. Tested and reviewed new programs and established new processes. Collaborated with oversea's partners.
