Coordinated with the Design Director to create seasonal product cohesive with the Eddie Bauer brand direction and heritage. Managed calendar deadlines and the seasonal tracking charts. Worked with product development and merchandising to generate product that is relevant to the market and margin rich. Seasonal trend, new innovations and color presentations. Finalized all designs for Fall 09, created the Spring and Fall 2010 lines. Trend, color reviews and presentations. Help to established new development processes for the teams to be more efficient and streamline. Taught various programs (Illustrator, Web PDM, Photoshop) to Designers and Technical Designers to help them become more proficient.

Designed and oversaw designers/assistant designers' ideas and sketches. Managed design calendar and all tracking documents. Worked with merchandising to establish a brand strategy consistent to what the buyers want. Directed and mentored designers, assistant designers and product developers/coordinators. Oversaw all design development. Tested and reviewed new programs and established new processes. Collaborated with oversea's partners. Designed seasonal product line for the Fall 2010 season. Concept designs/color through final specification packages.
