PROFILE
My calling in life is that of a storyteller. I have had many different roles, but even as a
colorist, I try to think of what scheme matches the theme and feeling of any given photo
or scene. I live to tell stories, and I strive to tell them the best that I can.
EXPERIENCE

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, COLORIST/EDITOR, CINEMATOGRAPHER
Out of the Shadows is a television series that chronicles the Ball State Basketball team. As

the setting, creating more of a storytelling narrative than other behind-the-scenes access
shows. Out of the Shadows aired monthly on Fox Sports during the season.

GRADUATE ASSISTANT - BALL STATE SPORTS LINK (2013-15)
BALL STATE UNIVERSITY
My two years as graduate assistant to Ball State Sports Link were spent teaching and
working on a variety of digital media, from my roles with Out of the Shadows to teaching
camera and lighting workshops to working with NCAA Final Four to create and curate
digital content. Ball State Sports Link is an immersive-learning student organization that
readies students for careers in sports production.
FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER
I freelance as a portrait, wedding, and car photographer. I pride myself in my ability to see things differently, and my willingness to get the shot that I know I want. My photographer has been called magical, surreal, and cinematic.
FREELANCE CAMERA OPERATOR
I have freelanced as a camera operator for several years, mostly for sporting events, but I have covered weddings, conventions, and others as well. I work hard as a camera operator, and am no stranger to the hardships that natural elements can often present. I have a cinematic eye, and excel at catching great shots, quickly.
SKILLS
I have a full understanding of camera operation in all regards, and can feel comfortable
with any digital camera in little to no time. I work with programs from Adobe’s Creative
Cloud suite every day, particularly Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After
Effects. I have used other non-linear editors, however, and am confident in my ability to
acclimate to any such program. I pride myself in my taste in style and aesthetic. I also
consider myself to be a strong writer in many voices and styles of writing.
