Jan. 2008 – Present Owner/Yard and Home Care Specialist, Diamond in the Rough Cleaning, Fayetteville
In this role I ensure homes are neat and tidy using cleaning products to clean bathrooms and other parts of the house, clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures, mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications, requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties, clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees, drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners, mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, using mowers and hand and power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds.
Jan. 2014 – May 2015 Assistant Technician, WFSS 91.9 FM, Fayetteville
In this role I organized NPR archives and the issues covered by the station quarterly, to both host the archives on the WFSS website as well as have the issues on file to be available for the FCC, served in various capacities due to staffing shortage to include maintaining accurate daily station logs and creating traffic reports to have on file to send to the FCC, utilized iMediaTouch to keep music archive up to date by importing CD tracks into the database, aided in the 2014 Fund Drive by answering phones, filling out pledge forms and encouraging listeners to pledge, gathered information for news stories; ascertained the accuracy of information or facts obtained; compiled recorded information into a news report, aided the News Director, Kathy Klaus, by summarizing her interview transcripts, archiving her interviews, writing headlines for the WFSS website, and performing other clerical duties.

In this role I shelved books according to the Dewey Decimal System, by author and by genre depending on the specification requested by my supervisor, utilized time management skills to effectively maintain my assigned sections by cataloging the assigned number of books, and then moving on to another section to organize and shelve those books according to author, Dewey Decimal placement and genre, executed initiative by aiding other employees prior to being asked to do so, by reducing their workload, and shelving books according to their genre, author or Dewey Decimal placement.

May 2007 – Jun. 2007 Enumerator/Quality Control Agent, United States Census Bureau, Fayetteville
In this role I coordinated with the Census Bureau office to verify that the addresses provided were accurate via the GPS provided to me on the company PDA, exercised time management skills by allocating an area per day which would ensure a maximum amount of houses canvased before moving onto another area, displayed an ability to oversee the ongoing status of the project by going back over the other employees' work to see that it was done properly upon my own work being complete, and interviewed residents of the listed address of how many resided in the home, how long they had lived there and other personal questions to record and send back to the Census office.
Nov. 2004 – Dec. 2005 Cashier/Stocker, Roses Discount Store, Fayetteville
In this role I assisted customers by providing information and resolving their complaints, established or identified prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulated bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners, counted money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts were correct and that there was adequate change, utilized the multi-line phone system to communicate with fellow coworkers and perform orders for customers.
