Sean Cardinalli has worked in and around the movie industry for nearly 20 years. His entrée into Hollywood was as a junior executive on the Artisan Entertainment development team which brought “The Blair Witch Project,” “Requiem for a Dream,” and “The Limey” to the big screen. While at Artisan, he attended the Sundance and Urbanworld film fests and his script notes got him into meetings with the likes of Spike Lee and Darren Aronofsky.
Sean later became one of the top script analysts for ICM and also analyzed for Summit Entertainment, NewMarket Films, Screenwriters Online, and Walden Media. While writing script coverage, he completed over a half dozen original screenplays and began freelance copywriting. Before relocating to Albuquerque and picking up production work on films including “Terminator Salvation,” his screenwriting got him into New York’s famed IFP Market. He was script coordinator on the short-lived TV show “Easy Money.”
Sean graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in English Literature and hopes to complete his Master’s degree in history.
