• Reduced the competency achievement time of production new-hires from approximately four months to an average of ten days.
• Generated easy-to-follow work instructions and web-based training programs.
• Created a software distribution web site, for manufacturing, service, and customers.
TOSHIBA AMERICA MEDICAL SYSTEMS, Tustin, CA 1987 to 1994
Technical Trainer and Developer
• Reduced five 2- and 3-week field service training courses by one week, while improving results of those courses by applying CRI, yielding savings of approximately $200,000 per year.
• Trained other trainers in the performance-based methods, including certification of competencies, based upon performance objectives, in turn based on task analysis.
• Generated "TLM's" (Technical Learning Modules), credited with saving, on average, an hour of troubleshooting time per service call, and valued at over $500,000 annually.

• Created and instituted a technical training tool, called Technical Learning Modules ("TLM's"), for field service engineer training courses.
