I am currently studying a bachelor of Digital Media, majoring in Photo Media, at Griffith University, Gold Coast. Although I am still studying, I have a sound background in Photography and Multimedia, which includes Photoshop skills.
In October last year I was asked by my course conveyer to expand on a multimedia assessment I had done for one of my courses, so it could be sent to the Alexia Foundation. This project took another four to six weeks to create and then was sent to New York to be assessed. My project was then featured in an article that was published in their online magazine. I am very proud of my accomplishment in regards to this project and am very flattered that my piece was published on a worldwide forum. In addition to this, I have also had the pleasure of photographing multiple weddings. I have learnt to appreciate the art of photographing weddings and portraiture.
I have previously worked in a Santa Photography set and there I met Jacqueline Lock, who introduced me to wedding photography. My previous work in photography demonstrates that I am able to work in a team but am also able to work on my own and take constructive criticism.
Although I am studying full time and University, I only have to be at University on Monday, from 9-5 and Wednesday from 9-5. This means that I am able to work 5 days a week, including weekends.
