• Assisting JY with behavioral management control- working independently and in group setting, taking directions, setting up disciplinary actions and rewards system
• Organizing outdoors activities-hiking, environmental activities, creating field trips, trade opportunities
• Accolades: Only person who has lasted 3 years in the Jim Thorpe Camp; was asked to take the supervisor position many times but declined

• Maintain full and complete operations of all kitchen functions
• Created menus to utilize diverse food products within the constraints of a budget

• Maintain kitchen reports, ordering food, pre-planning for upcoming events, made necessary changes to accommodate for sufficient coverage of needed staffing

• Research and testing of recipes for creativity
• Accolades: past all state inspections with high marks, created my own signature sauces, increased sales
• Left when restaurants closed or changed ownerships (this happened 4 times)

• Responsible for editing film and photos, set up and breakdown of ENG truck (BRC, JWPhotography)
