As part of the User Experience Design team, I work in collaboration with other Solution Designers, Developers, and Analysts to design and mock up desktop screens, mobile screens, wireframes, application prototypes, presentations, and a variety of other projects producing quality visual assetts. I am a key member of the team developing interactive screens for suite of health care applications on the Windows or iOS platforms.

Electronic Transaction Consultant Corporation / Graphic Designer Late 2007 - Late 2009 (2 yrs.)
The objective was to support the proposal documentation group and the technical documentation group through the use of technical illustrations, diagrams, photography, and web interface designs. As one of a 7 member documentation department, we continually produced award winning technical documentation explaining the Open Road, Electronic Toll Collection process to potential clients. We achieved greater image recognition in the design of proposal materials including cover designs, system design diagrams, 3D site renderings and animations. Our designs were continually used as part of the Marketing initiative to be included in presentations and other marketing collateral.

Voyager E-Learning / Web Designer 3-6 mo. contract in Early 2007
Contracted with company developing online educational programs helping to increase math and reading skills for elementary children. I was a key member of a creative team required to design and develop look and feel of overall web sites and individual product pages through the use of comprehensive static wireframes created in Adobe Creative Suite programs for presentation in print or digital form. Would sometimes create initial HTML for more accurate reproduction of design for development.

M-Link Technologies Multimedia/Graphics designer Feb. 2004 - Feb. 2007 (2 yrs.)
Creative team leader in the design and production of multimedia graphics used in the development of instructional media including e-learnings, video instructional media, printed materials, and interactive marketing collateral for large corporations such as Nokia, Lennox, Radio Shack and FedEx Kinko’s. I achieved distinction in the wide use of 3D animations using Lightwave in conjunction with other 3D applications designing sequences or movies for Post Production by our development team. Also was a vital contributor in the creative design and production of four color printed materials using Creative Suite and other Graphics Programs. I was heavily involved in creating web interface designs using Adobe Illustrator and Flash. One of my major accomplishments was my contribution to an award winning training course for Overhead Door Corporation MX operator line of products.

I supported this unique window treatment manufacturing company involved in the international sales of antique drapery hardware and drapes as part of a two person design team. My creative contributions were the graphic design of point of sale posters and signage, catalogs, brochures, logos, new online brand interface design, doing in house photography as well as Art Directing studio photo shoots and overseeing projects from design to print production.

E-Commerce Marketing Manger
Part of a 3 member team managing and Chef’s Catalog AOL Store. Job requirements included design of key web page elements. Selected feature items and managed site navigation in cooperation with Web master and key marketing associates. Major accomplishments included integrating other brands of the NM Direct catalog family into online catalog shopping sites. Managed the tracking of web site statistics and marketing recommendations based on those findings.

Electronic Systems Manager
Design team leader of Macintosh (System 9.0) desktop publishing system in the design of the exclusive Neiman Marcus and Horchow Catalogs. Job requirements included managing hardware and software as well as troubleshooting computer and network problems. Integrated with pre-press vendors setting up systems and procedures. Managed an $80,000 budget and made recommendations to Vice President Creative Production for equipment purchases. Major accomplishments included managing complete upgrade of all hardware and partnering with large printer in the installation of high-end, In-house pre-press facility.
