Worked under Chef Brian Hale where I was in charge of the grill cooking wild game and fish, specializing in major prep of from-scratch dishes ranging from Italian to Cajun influence, as well as being well versed in every kitchen cook/prep position. High volume and fast paced serving an average of 1,500 people in three day periods in a team-oriented environment.

Became well accomplished in the kitchen where I helped develop dishes with respect to fresh, consistent seafood with heavy implication on defining Southern seafood and taste. Held every position in the kitchen regarding preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Bob Baumhower’s Wings, Jan 2007–Aug 2009, Auburn AL
Worked under Bill Warnick as a food server, and food presentation chef for a high volume, intense environment. I was revered as highly organized, sociable, friendly, and was capable of serving dozens of guests at any given time. I worked as a floor manager as well as a shift manager.
Involved with labor intensive home and community center construction, social interaction and rehabilitation, and cooking high volume amounts for the less fortunate and disabled citizens within Habitat for Humanity and World Changers organizations.
