HR Director, 9/2006 to Present

• Responsible for directing, planning and developing the daily activities of the Human Resources department as it relates to employee recruitment, development and advancement of employees.
• Serving as a “Business Partner” to respective departments aiding in manager and staff development through coaching and training programs.
