Affiliation began with a 300 hour internship associated with completion of bachelor’s degree. Assisted in implementation and continuation of an external outreach after-school program in a low-income community; facilitated team-building exercises; represented agency at meetings and community events. Served two consecutive summers as seasonal Camp Glen Counselor, one of which as Assistant Camp Director. Transitioned to full-time program coordinator with local council upon completion of internship. Promoted to role of Director of Youth Programs and Development in January 2009.
