Established to support the reliability community, ICI founded RELIABILITY®Magazine, pioneered the first reliability and maintenance bulletin boards, hosted annual conferences and seminars, and successfully managed the largest maintenance and reliability industry association. Key activities included:
Recognized the potential for the development of a publication directed at upper-level maintenance professionals. Directed the design, production, content development and editing of over 85 issues of RELIABILITY®Magazine. Topics included vibration, lubrication, reliability centered maintenance, thermography, enterprise asset management, asset performance management, root cause analysis, life cycle engineering, etc. Management and leadership topics included operational excellence, cultural change, safety, certification, training, etc., as well as reporting of independently conducted ICI research.

Over four year period increased conference attendance from 325 to 995 attendees while reducing conference expenses by 25%.
