I am a recent history graduate with a penchant for writing and editing. I excel in both fiction and nonfiction, as well as children's poetry and blog writing. Two of my works are currently undergoing publication, and I run and operate my own website with examples of my work (gordonar.net).
As a writer my work ethic is unmatched. I hold myself to incredibly high standards, and am always looking for new ways to turn the world into words. My writing stands alone in having its own unique personality; indeed, much like myself.
The same can be said of my editing and proofreading skills. Coming off a recent history degree, I have seen my fair share of red ink. And through the process, I blossomed into quite the meticulous editor. I have posted several of my papers (including my senior thesis) so you can get a clearer depiction of my style.
If you are interested in my services, please let me know. Let's do something together.
And for all you illustrators and/or publishers out there, take a peek at my children's stories. They employ a consistently playful rhyme scheme, and touch upon issues I feel all children should be exposed to. If you like them enough, maybe we can work out a possible collaboration (although some are already on reserve).
