Business Administration Core Group (Assistant Head Secretariat Committee)
  I prepare reports and evaluation from the Officers to the members of the organization. I screen members by their performance at work, and applicants as well. I write and submit solicitation letters to Companies especially when there are school activities. I prepare minutes of the meeting; make announcements both written and oral before, during and after the meeting.

  I was promoted from being an Assistant head to being the Secretary General, I perform the same task as the Assistant head and gained additional tasks. I participate in planning, and contribute strategies beneficial to the school events and the club. I review the job descriptions of each member and discuss to them additional functions that they can develop more. I also budget for the supplies of the group and the committee.

Advertising Exposition, NCCC Mall Davao (Events Secretary and Organizer)
  This is part of our course requirement in advertising in which we were made to do tri-media advertisements namely: Television, Radio and Billboard advertisements. I was the overall Secretary of the said event and part organizer. We arranged and make reservations for the equipment, the venue and the people involved with the event; this includes the marketing head of NCCC mall and the owners of the *************.

Buklod Atenista Samahan Leader's Summit, Events Secretariat Committee
  This is a yearly activity in which the Ateneo School leaders in the Philippines will get to meet in the host Ateneo school. Here the SAMAHAN (School council) will get to discuss the different school constitution and implement rules and also any related activity in the entire Ateneo School. My task here is to scribble down notes, record, videos and take pictures of the meetings from morning till evening, and to prepare the necessary reports in which will be passed to the board of the SAMAHAN.

Practicum Sector Head
My work as a Sector head is to coordinate with the class and plan for our fine dining activity held in the Marco Polo. I monitor the class by checking their functions and their accomplishments for the preparation of the said activity.

As the Events head, I have to monitor the paper works of my classmates if they have done their part. I coordinated with the marketing and the events officer of the Marco Polo Hotel and discuss to them the terms of payment for the venue and menu. Then I held meetings in class for further discussion of the Practical activity

As the class Secretary, I check attendances and submit reports to the teacher regarding the performances of the students and submit the beadle slips and reports to the Office of the Student Affairs (OSA).

My task is to hold the class budget and to use it for future activities; I keep documents and receipts and make reports on the income and the expenses of the class.

After two months we shifted to selling food, I have found a way to serve a new type of dessert that was the most profitable product we have sold in Gaisano mall. We submitted financial reports for monitoring and updating to our Practicum Coordinator and Head and then finish off with the submission of receipts and reports.

We were grouped in class and we sell products that we have made and produced. In order to achieve this; we have conducted various research on the industries in which has a big impact in the market; we have improvised native bags and accessories. We made a business plan in order to achieve this and after that we have submitted our financial reports to our Practicum Head for updating.
