I recently completed my bachelor’s degree from the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts at Indiana University. I took courses in graphic design, 3D modeling, letterpress, and video editing, amongst others. I presented work in exhibitions, including virtual reality pieces. I have also gained design experience through an internship designing print media for the Themester program at Indiana University and an employment position in the creative department at the Indiana Daily Student.
Prior to my time at Indiana University, I worked in customer relations for many years. I have obtained strong interpersonal skills through a variety of positions. These skills enable me to successfully navigate an assortment of interactions with both clientele and peers. I am also a very organized, meticulous person who thrives under pressure and enjoys challenges.
My hobbies include hiking, traveling, and event planning. My husband and I are both involved with the local chess community. I served as the President of the Chess Club while I was at Indiana University. I helped organize events and create marketing materials related thereto. My husband is the local scholastic chess club and when we are not attending chess events, we are watching movies, traveling, or trying new recipes.
